Our Returns and Refund Policy:

All refunds and returns will be given at the discretion of the company management.

You may return any item that you purchased from Kiwichic Ltd, for any reason, for a full refund of the items purchase price within 7 days of delivery.

The product must however, be undamaged and in original condition. Prior to the return of an item, you must contact us to discuss the return and if agreed, we will issue you a return note for inclusion with the item. The original shipping cost and the shipping cost of returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return is a result of our error.

Orders Damaged During Shipping:

If items have been damaged during shipping, you must notify us by email or phone within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your payment receipt and/ or order number. Please do not return any damaged items to us until we have processed your claim and issued you with a return note.
